Most of our clients are small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and we are an industry leader in providing SMEs with high-quality call center, outsourcing, and white label services.
To better serve SMEs, we keep our rates affordable and our services top-of-industry. We allow a month to month, post-paid set up without any contracts to lock you in. Flexibility is key to SMEs, and our purpose is to make it simple for our clients to customize and update their service plans.
- A Commitment To An Engaged Workforce
To ensure we maintain an engaged, productive team of employees at all times, we take deliberate action aimed at encouraging accountability. We provide both internal and external committees, train and empower leaders, and advertise an attractive motivational incentive plan.

- A Program For Increasing Local Employment
Aside from just hiring talented, promising workers, SiBS also makes efforts at bettering our community in Davao and throughout the Philippines by hiring at-risk youth.
SiBS reaches out to young people who are unemployed and not currently in school or a job training program. We look for high school graduates who are struggling to land a good job to get started in life financially and give them a hand up to jump-start a new career.
